Registration for ​2021-2022 School Year

We will have new student registration beginning August 23rd. Click on the link below to schedule an appointment to register. Please make sure you have all of the proper documents when you register. You will be turned away and have to reschedule an appointment if you do not have the necessary paperwork.

 These are the documents you will need to register:

• ** For ALL REGISTRANTS: A recent physical is required.
• 3 proofs of residency (name and address of parent/legal guardian) Gas, Light, Phone bills
• Original Birth Certificate
• Health Records
• Driver’s Licenses or Picture I.D. of parent/legal guardian
• Any IEP or 504 related papers
• Most recent report card (1st - 8th)

• Certificado del nacimiento
• Historia del salud del nino con todas las vacunas
