​Students will receive a picture identification card (I.D.) at the beginning of the school year. This ID card contains students’ schedules, their pictures, and their CPS ID number (bar code). Students will need their ID cards to check out library materials, use of school computers, bathroom breaks, hallway passes, and for use during lunch counts. Students are required to wear their I.D. cards in a visible location on their shirt collars while at school and present them for identification when requested by a staff member. Replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged I.D. is $5.00. New I.D.'s can be obtained in the main office by filling out a form with Ms. Zhang or Ms. Prieto. Students who don’t have their I.D’s. will be required to purchase a new one.​
